Carriage
Our carrier normally delivers next day (excluding weekends) if
you are not in to receive the parcel they will leave a card and
inform us that they have done so, they will attempt to deliver
again but if they can not deliver the parcel must be collected
from the depot.
If the parcel is not collected the courier will inform us that
it will be held for three days before being returned to us and
a return delivery charge will be made to us.
In the event that the consignment is returned to us we will have
to make an additional charge in order to re deliver the goods.
If you feel this is going to be a problem you may supply an Alternative
delivery address
Perhaps a neighbor a relative or your work place, but make sure
they are aware that they will be receiving a parcel on your behalf.
Not as you had expected?
We aim to supply products of the highest quality and performance,
if for any reason you are disappointed with any of our products
just return it within 7 days of purchase and we will provide
a refund less the cost of postage.
Faulty goods
We make every possible effort to ensure our products are of high
quality, If the product that you have purchased is faulty we
will be happy to replace it or provide a full refund including
the cost of carriage.
