Delivery

We aim to dispatch all parcels for next day delivery by City link. If there is unlikely to be anyone in at the delivery address the courier will notify us that you have been carded, they will attempt to deliver the parcel again

If you are carded twice they will return the parcel to us and we will be charged for this, so please make sure you will be able to receive the parcel or collect it from the City link Depot.

Alternatively we can deliver to your work address if this is more convenient, but make sure we have the full address and someone at your works will know that the parcel is for you.

N.B. Our courier does not deliver weekends therefore Friday, Saturday, and Sunday orders will be dispatched on Monday for delivery to you on Tuesday.
